Paper quilling looks so elegant and unique, but it also looks difficult. Not true! We will dive into the basics to get you started with lovely quilled accents that can adorn cards and layouts. A huge box of goodies is yours to keep (a $40 value alone!) and includes: an instruction booklet with 14 projects, 240 quilling strips, 12 premium shimmer greeting cards, 12 envelopes with a "Handmade with Love" seal sticker, 12 premium shimmer gift tags with twine, 5 mm and 10 mm slotted tools, awl or needle tool, tweezers, circle board, liquid glue, gemstones stickers, laminated shape chart and quick reference guide, and a storage box.
