Create two multi-layer borders and two cards using Creative Memories’ exclusive Border Maker System! Included in the cost is the Border Maker System, cardstock, embellishments, and instructions. (NOTE: If you already own a Border Maker System and bring it to class, you will get your choice of two border maker cartridges.)
