Learn how easy and fun it is to make unique "bubbly" watercolor backgrounds that are perfect for cards, layouts, and wall art. All you need to bring is adhesive and scissors/trimmer (and 5 x 7" photo if you wish)! Everything else is provided. We’ll experiment on watercolor paper and cardstock and even make paper roses that are great on any project. In addition to the layout and card, you’ll leave with a few backgrounds you’ve created as well. While we create, you’ll learn some valuable watercolor product basics.
- What products will be highlighted: Watercolor supplies.
- What will I learn or complete: A layout and a card, plus backgrounds you've experimented on.
- What do I need to bring to class: Paper trimmer, scissors, and adhesive. Optional: 5 x 7" photo.
- What do I need to finish at home: Liquid watercolor and tools. This workshop is best to be taken in person, not to go.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to create "bubbly" watercolor backgrounds and paper roses.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
