This workshop will help you make pleated greeting cards. Your kit will include a large assortment of floral ephemera, doilies, self-adhesive gems, and assembly papers for six A2 cards, similar to what the photo shows. Each person’s final cards may be different, as you will select the ephemera you wish to use and the placement of your gems! - What products will be highlighted: Pleated card formats and patterns, doilies, gems, custom papers, and ephemera.
- What will I learn or complete: Six cards and a lot of extra ephemera.
- What do I need to bring to class: Paper trimmer, scissors, scoring board, small ruler, and wet and dry adhesives. Optional: Bone folder and your favorite tool to set small self-adhesive gems.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to create pleated cards.
- Will I complete this project in class: It is possible some people will finish the projects in class.
