We will explore how to shade faces using two very different media: watercolor markers and alcohol markers. We’ll talk about papers, inks, and other products that will set you up for success. The amazing Academy of Colour box set you’ll use in class is yours to take home and contains plenty of markers, stamps, and papers-a $65 value!
- What products will be highlighted: Water-based markers and alcohol markers along with stamps and papers.
- What will I learn or complete: You will take home the Academy of Colour box kit along with the images from the kit we will stamp and color/paint in class.
- What do I need to bring to class: A stamping block and black ink.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to shade, blend, and shadow faces.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
