Do you believe in the Great Pumpkin or do you have a favorite blanket like Linus? Dress as your favorite character and decorate your table to win a nice prize package. Don't forget everyone's favorite flying beagle Snoopy. If you turn your table into his favorite flying machine you won't be in the Dog House but you could win a prize.
