It’s a watercolor background workshop with a twist! Join us and learn how to use new Color Burst Liquid Sparkle to make simple yet stunning translucent sparkle backgrounds. Whether it’s an entire background or a few small areas peaking out behind paper or embellishments, the results will be dramatic. You will create and most likely finish three cards in this fast-paced class, but all pieces and detailed instructions will be included in case you would like to move at a slower pace. Video instruction will also be available at rubbernecker.com. Along with the cards you create, you will receive a $15 coupon to use on any Rubbernecker-labeled stamps, dies or paper in our booth and a 10% discount to be used towards any purchases made during the show.
