Come join ItsCheaperThanTherapy.com and learn how to make your own planner or journal using the amazing dies from Sizzix. You will cut out your planner or journal, learn how to put it together, and create additional items like a pocket, pen holder, and so much more! We will have several samples for you to view in the classroom. There will be demo-style and hands-on instruction to create your planner or journal from scratch using leather and Sizzix Paper Leather. And the class samples will give you ideas on how you can continue adding to your planner or journal with other mediums once you get home. You won,t believe what you can do with these amazing dies. It,s easier than you think and the possibilities are endless!
- What products will be highlighted: Sizzix Journal and Planner dies designed by Eileen Hull & Katelyn Lizardi, leather, Paper Leather sheets, Big Shot die cutting machine, embossing folders, other dies for adding additional elements to your planner, as well as a page inserts.
- What will I learn or complete: One front and back cover for your planner or journal, plus inserts and decorative additions. You will also receive an amazing coupon to be used exclusively in the ItsCheaperThanTherapy.com booth.
- What do I need to bring to class: 12" paper trimmer, scissors, tweezers, and a good liquid adhesive that will work with leather/leather-type material. (Basic die-cutting knowledge is recommended.)
- What do I need to finish at home: Any additional dies or products that you would like to add to your planner. The possibilities are endless!
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to die cut with different materials and a Sizzix Big Shot machine to create a planner or journal. You will also learn how to use different mediums, like leather and Paper Leather, with the dies and embossing folders.
- Will I complete this project in class: It is possible some people will finish the projects in class.
