Come spend a few hours with Designer DeeDee Catron from UmWowStudio and 7 Dots Studio and create a unique and super-fun junk journal! She will lead you through an artistic journey from start to finish using a range of different products. You will have lots of creative freedom, so your junk journal will be personal and unique to you. You will learn fun techniques that you can incorporate into any other scrapbook and mixed media projects. And you will also receive a coupon to use in the booth for more shopping after class!
- What products will be highlighted: You will learn how to create an art/junk journal using various mixed media products.
- What will I learn or complete: An art/junk journal.
- What do I need to bring to class: Paper trimmer, scissors, double-sided adhesive, wet glue, Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher (or a small stapler), archival black ink, brown distress ink, distress tool, and a foam applicator.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to combine different mixed media techniques and products to create a personal and unique journal.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
