Your kit will include a set of shape templates, ephemera, and material to make four 12 x 12" pages. We do not expect you to complete everything in class. The layouts feature hidden pockets, layers, bling, and lots of full-color, die-cut ephemera. There are a lot of techniques and cutting, both with a paper trimmer as well as by hand. Because of this, our goal is to guide you through the techniques and send you home at a point where you can easily add your photos, journaling and finish the pages later. PLEASE NOTE: Our samples include circles and scalloped circles. If you want those shapes, you will need to have punches to do them later. Otherwise, you can substitute other shapes.
- What products will be highlighted: Templates, pockets, layering, ephemera, and bling.
- What will I learn or complete: An unfinished 12 x 12" four-page spread, as well as a set of templates and lots of ephemera.
- What do I need to bring to class: 12" paper trimmer, 12" ruler, scissors, pencil/eraser, and wet and dry adhesives. Optional: Tool to pickup and set gems.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to use templates, create pockets, and add layering to your layouts.
- Will I complete this project in class: Work at home will be needed to finish projects.
