Come one, come all to our Shimmer & Shine 2.0 Technique Cards class featuring Tonic Studios products! You will learn great class-exclusive techniques and skills as you create stunning backgrounds using unique mixed media items. You will play with products such as Nuvo Dream Drops, Shimmer Powder, Expanding Mousse, Glitter Drops, and more! This class is taught by our award-winning instructor, Kaitlynn Butler. - What products will be highlighted: Tonic watercolor paper, Dream Drops, Shimmer Powder, Expanding Mousse, Glitter Drops, Kreative Kreations stencils, Ranger Mini Misters, Heat Tool, and Tonic papers and die cuts.
- What will I learn or complete: Four stunning cards featuring Tonic Studios products.
- What do I need to bring to class: Detail scissors (Tim Holtz Mini Snips recommended), heat tool, baby wipes, and liquid adhesive (Art Glitter Dries Clear Glue recommended). Optional: Gloves and an apron.
- What do I need to finish at home: Palette knife, paint brush, craft mat, and stencil.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn multiple ways of using Nuvo Shimmer Powder, incorporating Expanding Mousse, and layering mixed media products.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
