Come one, come all to the 2024 version of our amazing Shimmer & Shine technique card class featuring Tonic Studios products! You will learn great techniques and skills as you create stunning backgrounds using unique mixed media items including Nuvo Shimmer Powder, Nuvo Glitter Drop, Pixie Sparkles, and more. This workshop will allow you plenty of time to take in the many tips and tricks that will be shared with you as you watch your cards come to life. You will walk away with four shimmering cards plus a treat to make more. See you there! - What products will be highlighted: Tonic Studios Expanding Mousse, Shimmer Powder, Glitter Drops, as well as Pixie Sparkles, Diamond Dotz gems, and Elizabeth Craft Designs die cuts.
- What will I learn or complete: Four mixed media cards.
- What do I need to bring to class: Scissors, heat tool, gem pickup tool, baby wipes, paint brush, and liquid adhesive (Art Glitter Dries Clear Glue recommended). Optional: Gloves/apron.
- What do I need to finish at home: If you do not attend class, additional supplies are listed in instruction booklet.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to stencil with mousse, embellish with drops and gems, use shimmer powder, and layer on cards.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
