Join us and learn how easy and fun it is to work with vellum and Gelatos to make two different-style cards from one stamp set. You will learn how to create a great background using Faber-Castell Gelatos, how to use the stamps with vellum, embossing techniques, and how to color vellum. In addition, we will be adding other items to create a dimensional finish. The class kit will include our charming Special Seahorse stamp, brads, two Gelatos, and a bottle of Glossy Accents. A matching die set will be available for in-class use and also available for purchase in our booth at a special class price. As a bonus, bring your class ticket to the booth to receive a 10% discount off all your purchases all weekend in the booth. - What products will be highlighted: Stamps, dies, and different coloring mediums.
- What will I learn or complete: Two cards.
- What do I need to bring to class: Paper trimmer, scissors, heat tool, stamp block, black ink, Versamark, and coloring pens.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to blend Gelatos to create an attractive background for your cards, how to work with vellum, and stamping & coloring techniques.
- Will I complete this project in class: It is possible some people will finish the projects in class.
