Create this amazing outdoor scene using multiple images! This is a technique class featuring scene building (masking) and vintage white coloring. The white-coloring technique relies on a variety of values to create dimension and drama. Working on kraft cardstock, the final result is reminiscent of earlier, simpler times, yet dramatic and beautiful. Your kit will also include a small "warm up" scene for you to practice your white-coloring technique before moving on to the more complex scene.
- What products will be highlighted: Multiple image stamps, Eclipse masking tape, white and black pencils, and kraft cardstock.
- What will I learn or complete: One scene plus materials to turn your scene into a card, if desired.
- What do I need to bring to class: One large and one medium acrylic block (each covered on one side by tack and peel) and detail scissors.
- What do I need to finish at home: Optional: Adhesive.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn about stamp masking and using values to create drama and dimension.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
