Come join us for a fun, watercolor stamping workshop! We will show you how to use Rubbernecker stamps and Color Burst watercolor powder in a unique way to achieve gorgeous results. Watercolor stamping is easy to learn and more than half the class time will be devoted to understanding and practicing the technique. Three new Rubbernecker floral stamp sets will be used to make three gorgeous cards.
