Let your imagination soar in a class that SOLD OUT almost immediately around the country in 2019 at every event. For 2023, we have a new class, new card fronts, and more play! We’ll introduce you to the dramatic world of wax where no two cards are alike. We are going to play with color, black and white cardstock, and "metal" trinkets. We look forward to teaching you this very unique process and seeing where your creativity takes you. Basic card lovers through mixed media artists will be fans of this class!
WARNING: Wax is turpentine-based and if you are sensitive to that smell, or to smells in general, please do not register for this class.
- What products will be highlighted: Gilders Paste Wax.
- What will I learn or complete: Five A2-size card fronts.
- What do I need to bring to class: Old cloth/rag. Optional: Gloves and, if you would like to "play more," pre-embossed black and white cardstock.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn all about crafting with wax.
- Will I complete this project in class: Work at home will be needed to finish projects.
