Come learn how simple masking can be used to create this dramatic scene which is perfect for a birthday or congratulations card! In this fast-paced class, you will layer color with stipple brushing and tap in additional color with a cotton swab. Your kit will include three stamps for you to take home, along with papers and an envelope to create a card. (It is unlikely that you will have time to assemble your card in class.) This class is fast-paced and having the correct supplies is critical for your success. Please come prepared, as who those who do not may be left behind. - What products will be highlighted: Masking, layering color, and stipple brushing.
- What will I learn or complete: One scene that can be assembled into a card later.
- What do I need to bring to class: One 3 x 5" acrylic block covered on one side with tack and peel (This is critical!), 4 or 5 clean stipple brushes (sizes 4 or 6 are recommended), and detail scissors. Optional: White gel pen. Please note: Stipple brushes (not stencil or stiff blunt-cut brushes) are required.
