In this class, you will create a unique, one-of-a-kind birthday-themed Pop Up Shadow Box Book card with a twist! Whether or not you took our book class last year, you’ll love this stepped up version of our famous book die that showcases our new "swinging arm" mechanism. Everything for the book is precut, so you will spend class time learning how to assemble the book from scratch and attach the interactive swinging mechanism inside the card. Class kits also include all of the decorative elements and the beautiful daisy die cuts to fully decorate the inside and outside of the book. As a thank you for taking the class, you will take home our "Stitched Daisy Blooms" die set used in class, valued at $21.95. - What will I learn or complete: A completed Shadow Box Book card.
- What do I need to bring to class: Liquid glue and double-sided tape (1/2" preferred). Optional: Bone folder and tweezers.
- What do I need to finish at home: Nothing.
- What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn many helpful techniques including, die-cutting tips, interactive cardmaking skills, and paper flower building.
- Will I complete this project in class: Yes it is very likely you will finish the projects in class.
